Customers can reach our Claim Service Centre by phone from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mon to Fri. When our offices publicly reopen, hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mon to Fri, excluding holidays
Driving Directions:
Our head office is located at 333 Broadway in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Many of our staff are also located next door at 363 Broadway. Our regional offices are located in Brandon and Thompson.
About Us
The WCB of Manitoba is a mutual workplace injury and disability statutory corporation funded by employer premiums. We are here to insure and support safe and healthy work and workplaces. We put workers and employers at the centre of all we do. We provide them with valued services for injury prevention, compensation and return to health and work while maintaining the integrity of the system. The WCB insures over 34,000 employers and 76 per cent of the Manitoba workforce.
