About Us

Manitoba Immigrant Employment Council is a not for profit, employer-facing, indirect service that aims to identify and promote Manitoba-based employer best practices for the hiring and retention of newcomers. The goal is that employers will become better equipped to recognize newcomer skills and experience at hire, as well as better equipped to implement workplace supports that lead to improved retention.
