The MAO is the professional association and regulatory body representing optometrists in Manitoba. MAO is committed to protecting the public, advancing the profession of optometry, and promoting access to quality eye health care across the province. Through professional standards, continuing education, advocacy, and collaboration with government and health care partners, MAO works to strengthen eye health and improve access to optometric care for all Manitobans.
