About Us

JohnQ is a voluntary Municipal Participation Corporation founded to create scalable and sustainable infrastructure solutions. We’re not a government department or a committee of council. We’re something unique, separate, and different. Each founding municipality made a one-time investment to get us started. Since then, JohnQ has operated independently and receives no operating revenue from any level of government.
