Description
Speaking as a Leader® is a two-day program that empowers leaders to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. By mastering these skills, leaders will elevate their presence, navigate critical conversations with ease, and communicate in a way that motivates and drives results. This program helps leaders shift from simply sharing information to delivering messages that inspire, drive results, and ensure their voice is heard in any situation.
As a participant, you will be engaged in a supportive learning environment that includes reflective thinking, personalized coaching, feedback, and collaborative practice to develop your leadership and communication skills. Working with an experienced communication coach from The Humphrey Group, you will be guided to speak with a clear message, persuasive structure, and compelling language.
At the conclusion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from the I.H. Asper School of Business’ James W. Burns Executive Education Centre.
