Description
AI tools are everywhere right now, but most business owners are still asking the same question: “I know it exists, but how do I actually use this in my day-to-day work?”
That’s exactly what we’ll tackle in Using AI as Your Assistant. This practical, hands-on full-day workshop lead by Carissa Caruk-Ganczar with Flourish Leadership Development, is designed for small and medium-sized businesses and for any staff at any level.
This isn’t a tech-heavy session or a deep dive into complicated tools. It’s about learning how to actually use AI in ways that save time, improve your work, and make your day a little easier.
In this session, you’ll learn how to:
✔ Use AI to speed up real, everyday tasks
✔ Ask better questions to get more useful results
✔ Review and refine outputs with confidence
✔ Understand when AI makes sense — and when it doesn’t
You won’t just hear about AI, you’ll use it. Expect real examples, hands-on exercises, and practical ideas you can take back to your business right away.
We’ll also explore how AI fits into your workflow, including the human side of adoption so you can build habits that actually stick.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with:
• Clarity on where AI can help
• Confidence in trying it yourself
• A simple, realistic plan to start using one tool as your assistant
