Description
MBiz Breakfast of Champions: Harvest Manitoba - Leading Transformational change in Food Security
It takes a province to feed a province and no one does that better than we do right here in Manitoba. For over 40 years, Harvest Manitoba has been supporting individuals and families in need through food security, training and education programs. Since joining Harvest in 2021, President & CEO Vince Barletta has led this organization through a time tremendous change in nearly every aspect of service delivery. Today, Harvest Manitoba serves over 100,000 Manitobans every month through a growing range of programs while embracing a mandate for Indigenous reconciliation, environmental sustainability and innovation. Vince will talk about the journey Harvest has been on to serve more Manitobans in new ways, how our business community can get involved, and how for Harvest Manitoba, the biggest transformation in the organization's history is still to come.
Vince Barletta is the President and CEO of Harvest Manitoba, where he leads the province’s largest charitable food distribution network. He brings a career rooted in public service and community development, with leadership experience spanning government, economic growth, and philanthropy.
