Description

About the Deputy Ministers' Dinner
Cultivate connections and engage directly with provincial decision makers at our annual Deputy Ministers' Dinner.

Join the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce for an evening of dinner and dialogue with Government of Manitoba Deputy Ministers on November 12 at the Delta Hotel. This event is your exclusive opportunity as an MCC member to connect face-to-face with the action drivers of the Manitoba Government.

Deputy Ministers are influential in advising and shaping public policy and implementing political decisions. This sell-out dinner gives business and community leaders the chance to sit with a Deputy Minister or Assistant Deputy Minister for an informal exchange of ideas, concerns, and opinions.

The Deputy Ministers will dine with a new table of guests for each course, giving you the chance to engage with government officials from three different departments.

All guests can request the top three Deputy Ministers they would like to sit with, however, requests cannot be guaranteed, and sponsors' requests are given priority. Guests from the same organization may be seated separately to best accommodate departmental priorities. Registration is limited to two (2) seats per member organization and all registrations are reviewed.

Limited table sponsorship opportunities remain (includes two tickets). For more information or to secure your table sponsorship, contact Brent Hutton (bhutton@mbchamber.mb.ca).

This is a MEMBERS ONLY event and registration is LIMITED so REGISTER TODAY!

Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Registration closes on November 5, 2024, or when the event has sold out (whichever comes first). Should the event sell out, a wait list will be enabled and will be handled on a first come, first serve basis if seats become available.

Manitoba is located on Treaty 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Territories and includes travel through communities who are signatories to Treaties 6 and 10. Manitoba is located on the ancestral land of the Anishinaabeg, Anishininewuk, Dakota Oyate, Denesuline and Nehethowuk Nations, and is the Homeland of the Red River Métis. Northern Manitoba includes lands that were and are the ancestral lands of the Inuit.

The Manitoba Chambers of Commerce respects the spirit and intent of Treaties and Treaty Making and remains committed to working in partnership with First Nations, Inuit and Métis people in the spirit of truth, reconciliation and collaboration. Acknowledging these original caretakers is a reminder of our unique heritage, our important relationships, and our obligations to and shared responsibilities with Indigenous peoples.
