Over two days\, participants explore Treaty obligations\, Indigenous engagement models\, and strategies for removing structural\, interpersonal\, and organizational barriers.\n\nThrough hands on activities and real world examples\, we will discuss how to design\, implement\, and evaluate Indigenous procurement programs that are ethical\, transparent\, and community informed.
