DESCRIPTION:Manitoba has a vibrant economy that creates good jobs.\n\n\n\nHowever\, the province has difficulty in attracting and retaining youth\, which contributes to both labour and skills shortages for many employers in the province.\n\n\n\nThe Government of Manitoba has asked Canada West Foundation (CWF)\, through a contract with Manitoba Chambers of Commerce to find ways that government and the business ecosystem can support the attraction and retention of young talent to the province.
